  1. Acoustic space, as such, is discontinuous, 
  2. resonating continuum. The continuum is a figure 
  3. without a ground because it just goes on and on 
  4. without ground. Voice has figure/ground. And 
  5. most sensory modes have figure/ground. By the 
  6. way, visual space is manmade. It is not a normal 
  7. form of experience. It does not exist in nature.
